Running into Evan and having old feelings surface were not in her day planner. Evan convinces her to go on one date with him. He tries to recreate the past with everything from the car he drives to the music, food and of course the drive-in. Review: This is a cute little novella. I was a little shocked at the price, but if you don't mind paying that much for 70 pages, go ahead. It started off bumpy, and the sex scenes used language a little too crass for my taste. The chemistry wasn't built enough for me and some of the flow was off. I did like the characters, but it was pretty short so there wasn't much development.

The author has a way with words, as you can see since I never have favorite quotes and I bookmarked two for this one. It's funny and sweet, and I enjoyed it aside from the sex scenes. Kelli Scott is going on my “to be read” list because I think she has potential.

Favorite Quote: “Acting cocky was a surefire way of getting tossed out on his ear. He needed to stay on her good side to get a third date. He also needed to be himself. Sometimes his self was cocky. It was part of his charm”
