Sadly the books reads like "NANCY DREW AND THE MYSTERY OF THE WHITE HOUSE TUNNELS-TERRORIST SERIES".
In the first 60 pages we have a White House communications staffer,Propolyn Monsoon (sounds like a Pron Star) get gassed and kidnapped and pulled into tunnels under the White House.She is forced to kill another White House staffer and does so without hesitation! She also checks out the tunnels under the White House and decided to do some time travel and go on a mission to Alaska where our military planes are being blown up.She then comes back to her White House office and meets her clone who tells her that she should have married and never had that abortion(judgement from a clone???) .Then the Presdient comes to her and asks her to save America from some threat in Asia. OMG,this must have been written during a alcohol induced stupor!All this in first 60 pages.I gave up.
It is simplistic in writing,no character development.The events in the story, no matter how serious take only seconds to read about,the author just seemed to pull everything out of thin air.
The concept for this book has great potential, but by any other author.With time and effort it could have been a great read! Do not waste your time or money on this one. (
