Who exactly is this man they call Jesus? and how can we find out for sure if what the Bible says about Him is true- that He is more than a man; that He is the Messiah? These are important questions to ask in a world that does not like to accept truth at face value-a world that says one person's truth is just as good as someone else's. A group of scholars has set out to assist us as we answer these and other questions about Jesus-striving to help us grasp the truth about Him. Mart De Haan, host of the television program Day of Discovery, journeyed to Israel to team up with the scholars of the Institute for Biblical Research as they examined 10 years' worth of research and thinking on this issue. the result was a series of programs called Jesus: Man, Messiah, or More? in this DayLight Bible Studies series, you can observe Mart and the IBR Jesus Study Group as they visit key biblical sites and then examine the historical evidence that verifies Jesus' story. As you meet together with interested friends in small groups, Sunday school classes, or home studies, you'll have a chance to view the videos and discuss the findings presented.
