"Rob Delaney is the raunchiest feminist you'll ever meet. But if you're one of the 788,000 people who follow him on Twitter, you already know that. Delaney has made the 140 character tweet into a comic art form and that talent--along with the hilarious and painful sharing he does in his stand-up--has made him a white-hot comedy superstar. Tackling subjects from his youthful obssession (and pen pal relationship) with heavy metal band Danzig to drunken bungee jumping off the Brooklyn Bridge, from his court-ordered stint in rehab to witnessing the miracle of his son's birth, these essays meanderingly trace Rob's journey from middle class theater geek, to public menace, to devoted family man and passionately engaged model citizen. All together, these essays (interspersed with some of his "Greatest Tweets") make clear why it is he is so darn lovable and so f#!%ing funny"--… (mehr)

Audio edition. Really great. I knew he was funny from watching Catastrophe, and he definitely delivers on the humor. But he is also sweet, and quite serious and insightful about alcoholism (his own and in general), and a few other things too. ( )

This one is a 4.5 for me. Once I picked it up I couldn't out it down until it was done. I had to leave the library because I was laughing too loud at Rob's tweets. ( )

Discusses strange happenings while being mixed with the morality of addictions. Interesting read. Some parts didn't read as well as they could have but hey, he's a comedian and not a full-time writer so I cut some slack. ( )

I am a huge Rob Delaney fan, so really wanted to be able to give this five stars.

In the end, it felt a little like a book that had been rushed because a publisher wanted to get it out there. 3.5 ( )

A great essay collection along the lines of David Sedaris, Tina Fey, Aisha Tyler or Mindy Kaling's recent works. Great fun while giving lots of insight into the life of a young alcoholic in remission. ( )
