Interesting anecdotes about creation of iOS, iPad and the first google phone. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book ( ) The reason to read (or listen to) Dog Fight is the glimpse behind the scenes of these two companies, Apple and Google. There are lots of good anecdotes in the book. The one thing that rankles me is that he frames the story as a winner-take-all battle, and I think that's an over-simplification. Still, it was a very enjoyable listen. After you read many books on the subject of Apple, you'll feel like you've heard the same anecdotes and conversation snippets ten times each. However, this book is one of the most complete retellings of what went on in mobile since the early 2000s leading up to the iPhone, iPad, and Android's competitive position. But it omits any mention of how Android is being used, believing in market share. keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
