Lädt ... Calista's Menvon Jory Strong
![]() Keine Keine aktuelle Diskussion zu diesem Buch. ![]() ![]() While I enjoyed "Crime Tells: Calista's Men" by Jory Strong, I didn't enjoy the story as much as I did the first book in the series I read which was "Crime Tells: Lyric's Cop" which I gave 3.5 to 4 stars, BUT I did enjoy the hot menage sex more so it basically gets the same rating as the first book. Confused enough now? Good! Calista is so excited to be working at the detective agency, especially since she's just been given her first case involving a young woman who apparently fell to her death during a wild party. The womans' mother is accepting of the death, but she learned that her daughter had recently borne a child and she wants the wereabouts of said baby! Calista isn't your average detective. Until a few weeks ago she was actually a grade school teacher! She's pretty shy and quiet and wants this job to force herself to be more outgoing. The Giancotti brothers have only each other to count on and it's been that way as long as they can remember. Once they found women they also discovered that they enjoy the closeness of sharing a woman between them. But Detective Dante isn't interested in a relationship and his security agency owner Benito is. Then they meet Calista and both of them realize that things are about to change! A schoolteacher turned detective, suuuure. Shy girl becomes menage playmate sex-kitten? Why not? Her case just so happens to involve a case Dante was suspended for? Umm, OK coincidences do happen. Both men fall in love at first sight (OK Dante doesn't figure out what happened until later, but still)? Uh, maybe. Just too pat and too many out-there things for me. But hey, the sex is great! Dante is the Alpha 99% of the time, but Benito can top just as well. Hot menage sex pulls up the rating. Read it if you like the series. Zeige 4 von 4 keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen

Calista's Men Jory Strong Book 3 in the Crime Tells series. Have you ever wondered what it would be like with a woman we actually cared about? One who belonged just to us? One who wanted more from us than a good time. A woman we could have together or separately. One who saw us as individuals who came as a package deal? One who was waiting for us at the end of the day? No. No? I like them easy and I like to share them with you. End of story, Benito. Getting involved with any woman, much less one who might ultimately drive a wedge between him and Benito, is the last thing Dante needs, especially now, when his life is already in turmoil. The wealthy, influential family of a murder suspect he killed in the line of duty is portraying him as a trigger-happy vigilante, putting his career and reputation on the line. But as soon as he sees Calista Burke-and witnesses Benito's identical reaction to her-he knows the stakes have just gotten higher and a lifetime of never risking his heart is about to be put to the test.
