Normally I don't like parodies, I think they are bad taste. I can't help but love One-Punch Man since Saitama is pretty much me. He is a hero because he wants to be, he trained, and lost his hair If that isn't motivational I don't know what is. Saitama isn't flashy, in fact whenever he is shown on a page he is pretty plain, he doesn't have special moves and he doesn't need it.

I love it! I won't lie watching the Anime made me interested in the manga, but it's just as good and I am so glad to read it. If you want to start a manga, that has action and is funny I recommend this one! ( )

This is REALLY funny, but I don't personally relate to the ennui that Saitama is facing. If he's so worried about the dullness after satisfying a major goal, then he should branch out into other places. Furthermore, I like having expectations placed on me (when they pertain towards my personal interests [fuck school]); it promotes me to do a good job.

- Life doesn't get easier, regardless if you are strong or weak. People may force expectations on you, but your actions don't make life easier. You can do whatever you want.
- What excites us is the challenge of reaching a goal, not the goal itself. Once we reach that major milestone, while fulfilling in the short-term, becomes dull: no fear, no joy, no tension, no anger. It seems that once the journey ends, we lose a part of what makes us human. ( )

Começo da série, que é no todo muito bem desenhada, paspalhona mas engraçada, com um tipo de humor pastelão-bobo japonês com suas pitadas de (literalismo) absurdo que convence. Tem um tom de paródia forte, mas como os volumes seguintes mostram, se leva a sério o suficiente para se estender e construir seu mundo, sem medo afirmar sua inverossimilhança. Lendo em japonês - única reclamação é certa verborragia. Parte da atmosfera de bobageira, mas ainda assim, por vezes excessiva. ( )

Este é o início da lenda de Saitama, que consegue derrotar os seus oponentes, apenas com um único golpe!
Será ele capaz de capaz de encontrar um vilão que traga algum sentido à sua vida, ou está condenado a uma existência de super-poderoso tédio? ( )
