Keine Keine aktuelle Diskussion zu diesem Buch. ![]() ![]() When I received Living Beyond Your Chronic Pain: 8 Simple Steps to a Pain-Free and Healthy Life (Destiny Image, September 2014) by Joseph Christiano, ND, to review, I planned to share it with family and friends who are in pain every day. But as I read it, I realized anyone with aches and pains – no matter how minor – should read this in order to stop them before they become worse. Christiano, author of several books, speaks from personal experience. He too suffered from excruciating and chronic physical pain. He uses his story and proven research to discuss a variety of things one can do to avoid expensive medications and surgery. Topics include changing your thought process, changing your diet, alternative medicine (acupuncture, chiropractic, etc.), and a few things I wasn’t aware of. He does not dissuade people from seeing their medical doctor or taking prescription medicine, but suggests trying natural methods first. His goal in this book is to provide hope to pain sufferers through natural methods. If it doesn’t work, we can go ahead and have surgery. But if we can become pain-free in a more natural way, why wouldn’t we try it? If you are in pain or know someone who is, get the book. I received a free book from Destiny Image through The Book Club Network, Inc. in exchange for an unbiased review. Zeige 2 von 2 keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
