Twin boys have run off every babysitter/nanny, much like the Banks children in Mary Poppins. Unlike Mary Poppins, who uses a bit of magic to get the children to change their ways, these boys are left with someone more like Burt, the chimney sweep -- irresponsible, getting himself into trouble (and the twins bailing him out), trying to cook (and it's absolutely inedible), and breaking everything (and the boys putting things back together again. After six months, Martin (aka the Mustache) decides it's time to go. But soon, a new nanny appears -- with the same exact initials their Martin the Mustache had. And a new spy adventure begins. For a third grader, this might be a winning ticket. For this librarian, it was far from it. ( )
