Plane's Royal Rescue is my second Busy Wheels book and I've started to look forward to the author's cheerful ideas for an adventure story, where a vehicle is the main character.
Here we go with Plane onto a flight. We see how the pilot, Captain Koala checks the instruments in the cockpit and how the luggage is loaded into the hold. In the meantime the passengers arrive by bus and finally everything is ready for take off, but there's a problem. The King's royal jet has already left and the King has forgotten his crown. Captain Koala has an idea, what to do, but will he be able, with the help of Plane, to reunite the King with his crown in time for the important event?

The book will delight every young airplane fan and future pilot. Interesting information surrounding departure, flight and arrival, highly likeable characters, vivid illustrations and lots of sounds in the story, (like roar, clunk and thunk), for extra fun.
The final pages of the book offer a detailed picture of Plane, where children can see the location of all the various parts and there are more pictures with other types of planes and vehicles, which also appear in the story.
Another book of Peter Bentley's Busy Wheels series, which children will love and parents will enjoy to share with their young ones.
The Busy Wheels are aimed at pre-schoolers and in each book the main character is a popular vehicle, like school bus, train, ambulance and much more.
