This book is for children 4-6 years old. The little boy in the book moves to a new neighborhood and is separated form his friends. until he started being creative and making puppets and realized he could have fun with the friends he created and moving to a new neighbor hood isn't so boring after all. this book can really help children have self concept of who they are and what they can do, adjust to new situation in their life like moving and being separated from their old environment, and how they can emotionally handle their emotions with the new transition.

This is a book about a little boy Louie, who moves into a new apartment. Louie is missing his friends so he starts a craft project of a replica of the city. His project inspires him a little to start day dreaming about Halloween. His mom interrupts him by calling him to put his own costume on for Halloween. This book shows how creativity sparks imagination. We see the traditional art that Keats uses in all his books throughout. ( )
