So, I was trawling the library shelves not looking for anything in particular when I saw this book. I picked it up because I just happen to be a naturally slim person (as are my parents). Question was: Are these my habits? Well, some of them are. They are behaviors I wasn't necessarily aware that I did, but it was an interesting look at "how to eat". It was interesting that the author and her friend were not naturally slim people, but then became so after they learned these habits. It is an anti-diet diet book.
