I love Danica as a Hallmark actress (and side note, we had her on our Hallmark podcast--or friends did since I was busy with Audrey--). And I love that she also has another side to her: her math side. She's more than just beauty; she has brains too.

This book is not earth shattering. But I did love counting from one to ten and finding all of the different objects on the page that correspond with the number we are on. It's fun! ( )

A great introduction to numbers for little ones with emphasis on how they are in pretty much EVERYTHING we do, every day. The illustrations are not only lovely but encourage readers to participate in the counting activities on each page. A great add in....look inside the cover, both front and back; even adult readers may learn a think or two. ^-^ ( )

The book is about a child and how they spend their time in the evening. Such as eating dinner, cleaning up, getting ready for a bath and then to sleep. But as the child goes through these events, math is involved such as counting the number of objects around the house. It is a great way to introduce numbers to kids. I rate this 4 out of 5 because it is a great way for kids to learn their numbers. ( )
