This book has a great message. It teaches children to love and appreciate themselves. It teaches the reader to stand out and be different. I think this book would be great for beginning readers because there are only a few words on each page in very large font. I love the different illustrations of the book. I have never seen a book illustrated like this (collage technique maybe?) I think this book does a great job at proving the point that it is okay to love yourself and appreciate your differences. ( )
