A nice approach to quitting smoking. Not just providing facts but also testimonies of other smokers. I like how it tells you how smoking can effect your whole body. I have also left a review for this book on Amazon. Would def recomemd to smoker friends. I do not smoke anymore and this book is very helpful in showing different perspectives and facts. Good read. ( )

This would have been a better help book if the majority of it was not filled with stories about individuals who quit smoking and their stories. I really believe this should have been filled with more ways to quit smoking than with how others found their power to quit and why.
And there really isn't much new information or encouragement about quitting. The health information might make you think twice about the real dangers of smoking, but I did not feel a real prod to quit, only my own reasons for wanting to do so. ( )

A truly different approach to smoking cessation. I could not put this book down, I wanted to keep learning and implementing the things suggested in this book. As a smoker of 20 years, it has come to my attention that smoking is eventually going to do its damage to me. SO I insisted on getting ahead of it.

Do any of us believe in divine intervention? I do considering, I was just starting Chantix, when this book arrived at my front door. coincidence? I think not, at this point I have successfully read this book, suggest everyone even if you do not smoke give it a go, you could save a live or many with the simple cessation approach. This book has been a longtime coming and form start to finish I managed to find myself absolutely determined to quit. Now remember relapse is not a requirement when it comes to giving up something you are addicted to.

I hope you all enjoy this book as I did. ( )
