A unique twist to a blended family tale....told from the perspective of the pets.

So here is the thing: it is excellent for sight words. Literally, it is "cat" "dog" and random rhyming words. It will be great. BUT. Kids will need help talking through the plot. It will be perfect for dialogic reading; it's really the only way you could do it. ( )

The book Cat Dog Dog is a funny way of depicting what a blended family could look like. Young students can learn from this book as they might realize they come from a blended family what problems could come out of it. ( )
