This book was bittersweet for me because I knew that it meant the end to this amazing series and this wonderful group of friends. This author duo is one of my favorites, especially when it comes to giving me stories that warm the heart. I find myself invested in the characters and want to be friends with them just so I can interact with them. In many ways, I feel like I know them. They are always authentic and make me even more thankful for being a part of their tribe, even if it is just in a fictional sense.

This was my most anticipated book of the series. I fell in love with Jax as soon as he was first introduced. I loved the push and pull that he had with Frankie and the great friendship he had with Jolie, despite being an enemy of her mom's. Watching these characters evolve was half the fun as they had so much in common that it would have been a shame if they didn't at least put the hostilities aside and become friends.

There were a few areas that I wish had been fleshed out a little bit more (I cannot explain because I don't want to give a spoiler) but for the most part, this was the perfect ending of this series. I liked that the authors included scenes with the previous characters and also gave an idea of what the future held in store for this crazy wonderful group. It truly felt like the book version of Friends.

I am not sure what this author duo has in store for their readers next, I just know I will be ready with my finger over the buy now button because they have yet to let me down. ( )
