Really delightful! My kid loved looking for birds in the pictures, and loves looking for them outside too. This came into our life right after he'd spotted a Cooper's Hawk in the yard so he was especially into the idea of spotting more birds! ( )

Good beginning bird book - where are they, how to see them.
Illustrations and text are both gentle and magical, as birds are almost everywhere.
Excellent information at end of the book for extended birding opportunities. ( )
