The drama abounds in this family! A secret discovery could change everyone's lives plus the future of the orchard. As always, Cherish goes boldly into every situation, and she is determined that the secret will bring the best for Florence. She's such a vibrant character! I enjoy her contrasts; she is boy crazy ("Yeah, Cherish... leave some men for the rest of us!") but also realizes that opting for a single-by-choice life (as Aunt Dagmar did) might be the perfect fit for her, especially since she already has her own farm. Caroline is a different kind of pot-stirrer altogether, and with the entrance of cute reporter Daniel, the Caroline/Cherish rivalry is entertaining. Team Cherish!

This installment continues in the manner to what readers have become accustomed. Much drama, deceitfulness, jealousy, secrets, and more, including a sudden illness to one of the main characters. This Amish soap opera has little in the way of true Amish values and lifestyle, but I must say, it is entertaining. ( )
