This book is great for students at an intermediate level. It is about the story of Cesar Chavez and the Delano Grape strike, where he and many others marched from Delano to Sacramento in support of farmworkers' rights. I would introduce this book to my classroom as a read-aloud so that my students can understand the significance of this story and how farmworkers are treated today because of it. ( )
