I really like this book. I think it has a very cute and appealing style to the illustrations. The illustrations are cartoonish and very childlike. I think this book would be great for older elementary school kids or even young middle school students. This book was about a young Asian boy who just moved and it is about how he interprets the language of his new country. ( )

I wanted to like it. But the illustration style absolutely positively threw me off.
