This book was very interesting, engaging, and informative all at the same time! The book includes information about a lot of different animals all around the world. I loved that the books was short yet had many small details about each of the animals named in the book, sort of like fun facts. I also really liked that each animal that is mentioned in the book is illustrated as well, this allows for readers to have something to tie the world to. It makes the information a lot more concrete and easier to grasp for children. The words in the book are simple and straight forward which makes it an easy read for children. I also really liked that the illustrations are very detailed and life like, the illustrator did a great job! On the inside of the cover there is a small map that includes a few different animals and where they live on the map. On the inside of the back cover there is an index which includes a list of the different animals included in the book with page numbers of where to find the information in the book. The book was very easy to navigate and was very well put together! I would even say that children of all ages even adults would enjoy this book and gain lots of information! ( )
