Thoughts: This was a well done continuation in the Black Butler series and I really enjoyed it. In this volume we follow Baldo's back story. We do get back to the main storyline right at the end of the book, but most of this focuses on Baldo's past.
I continue to enjoy the art style a ton and also enjoy the storyline here. I don't have a ton more to say about this. If you are enjoying the deep dives into our side characters' backgrounds that have been happening in the most recent Black Butler volumes you will enjoy this one as well.
My Summary (4/5): Overall this was very well done and I enjoyed it. I do kind of wish we could get back to the main storyline with Ciel and Sebastian, however, I did enjoying learning Baldo's back story as well. I think fans of the series will like this. The artwork and story remain top-notch. (
