Again, another great book by Melissa. I love this series and all of the characters. They have all grown to be family to me. It is about time that Gordon got his story. The grumpy and angsty vibes were strong in this book. I loved every moment of it.

Gordon is an uptight suit wearing type of guy. So, it was fun to see Riley getting under his skin. The tension between them just kept building. When they shared that first kiss. Sparks were flying and then when Gordon asked Riley into his office and rolled up his sleeves to show his big, toned arms!

Loved the group chat that the guys put Gordon in and calling it Baby Daddies. I could have read the texts all day long. This Baby Daddy knows how to please his woman. ( )

Gordon and Riley were high school sweethearts who thought they would be together forever, but life has other ideas and things between them end badly. Years later Gordon is the owner of a hockey team grumpy as ever trying to ignore the pull he has to go see his ex while she is performing a kids play on the ice. Gordon’s curiosity outweighs his anger for a moment and when they come face to face so many emotions war in his head and while they may share words full of venom other feelings like attraction linger. Riley thinks she hates Gordon because all these and some miscommunication left her heartbroken and full of resentment, but now that secrets have come to the light will things between them become more strained or will they finally get the closure they both deserve. This story was incredible and being able to see the other guys, the friendships, and love between them all really has a place in my heart. Gordon or should I say Daddy Gordon, lord this man his words his piercings and devotion stole a place in my heart for a long time. I don’t want to spoil anything but trust me this was the perfect way to end this series, going out with a bang!!! ( )
