A book which purports to help prepare individuals for leadership in group settings by providing examples to stimulate openness and trust. For basic use in group settings, these techniques have been used for years to help build trust among group participants and their group leaders. I used this book as a required textbook for a class in pastoral education. I don't recommend this book unless the reader has adequate background in psychological theory, as these could be carelessly misused and thus inadvertently thwart group progress. Very useful for learning the context for role-playings effectiveness in one-on-one and group settings.
