Magazine of FACS for January/February 1967 :
History and actuality share this number: Mr Chapuis tells us the history of the Light Railways of the territory of Belfort which will have known three modes of traction, in thirty-five years. Having opened in electrical traction, it will know steam traction during the dark hours of the first world war, then again from 1922. In last years, diesel rail cars will come to supplant steam trains . The other article analyses the recent evolution of the Parisian transport system, particularly the creation of the regional express network (RER). The tale of a trip in the Spanish Basque Country and notes on Corsica, the railways of Provence, Breton network and last diesels locomotives of C.F.D ., supplement this number. ( )
