@BeaverMeyer

Terri is a very good author, and Steve just needed to work on it some more (never really got a chance), and I honestly think letting their "Ghost Writers" (in which they don't have) do all the work and calling it a "Biography" is stupid, just like I think having "professional writers" "covering" the Irwins and "Working their magic" is stupid. This book is also not "sappy" or "boastful". Having someone else write the biography(ies/s) or autobiography(ies/s) is not right. The person who the biography(ies/s) or autobiography(ies/s) is/are about should be writing it, but if the person it is about is dead, then having someone who they knew and was really close to (e.g. wife, husband, friend, mom, dad, etc.) writing it would make sense. But if it is about more than one person, it would be better if the people the bio/autobiography(ies/s) is/about write it/them, but if one of the people it/they is/are about is dead, then the other person it/they is/are about should write it, if both are dead, then someone who they knew or were really close to (e.g. wife, husband, friend, mom, dad, etc.) should write it/them.

I really love this biography/autobiography/nonfiction (or whatever, I honestly don't know what type of book it is) about their lives. ( )

As Steve Irwin's only autobiography, "The crocodile hunter : the incredible life and adventures of Steve and Terri Irwin", tells a wonderful tale of his life and times written in Steve's own distinct style. From his parent's meeting to the success of the Crocodile Hunter TV show to the birth of Bindi Irwin and to the loss of Steve's mother Lynn, "The crocodile hunter" will make you laugh and make you cry as it shows the inner-workings of Steve Irwin. I wish celebrities would just let their ghost writers do all the work, call it a biography and be done with it. If you have professional writers covering these guys and working their magic, you don't end up with sappy, boastful autobiographies like this one. I loved the Croc Hunter. I always watched his shows, but he's no writer, and neither is his wife. ( )
