This book reads as though there were only US chaplains in the Balkans. Indeed it goes so far as to include a member of the Royal Army Chaplains' Department in the list of US Chaplains! That accepted it is an interesting study of the chaplaincy operations from the American perspective in both BH and Kosovo.
