Kazuhiro Okamoto

It was cute, but I bit boring.

This series was supposed to be 5 volumes, but was put on indefinite hiatus after volume 3, so I never bothered to read past volume 1.

This volume keeps the gentle tone of the first two. The story with the doctor literally pushing Shizuka and Tadami around to deal with her own baggage was a little icky, though. -1 star for that alone.

I'm cautiously optimistic about this series. It seems like it's going to be an examination of what affects Shiroyama's translucency. I quite like the fact that Tadami is not a school superstar. In fact, the other students recognise him only as "that guy who hangs around Shiroyama." Even the introduction of Okouchi didn't include any petty jealousy that is so common in school manga stories.
