I LOVED the relationship between Chase and Gage. They were there for each other in every step of the way whether it involved their kids or a bout of homophobia; they never stopped supporting each other and that stuck out to me since their was no angst really between them as a couple that you usually see. There is homophobic situations throughout involving Gage's ex-wife and other parents, so be warned there if that is a trigger for you.
I did love this story but wish there would have been more spicy times. The ones we were given felt a bit rushed as another reviewer had pointed out. They were interrupted by kids or phone calls mostly.

Just the right amount of suspense to keep me existed in the story. Great characters and connections. My only complaint was I wanted to understand the killer and the motivations more of what they felt a list was warranted.

I thought this book was going to go in a totally different direction from the bonus chapters that were included in a different book. It was a pleasant surprise. Enjoyable quick read.
