This is a gorgeous book, with 15 full-page, full-color illustrations, and black & white (well, sepia & tan) illustration borders on every page. The simple-and-fun stories are made to read to children, and include: "The Fairy Queen's Dinner", "Goblin Market", "The Gown of Cobweb Lace", "Wedding Bells", "Bed Time", "The Butterfly Princess", "The Gum Drop Tree", "Bella the Witch", "Magic Flowers", "The First Peep", "Fun Under the Sea", "Painting the Leaves of Autumn", "Riding on a Broomstick", and "The Brave Water Rat". I would have loved to own this book in time to read it to my children and let them ooh and aah at the pictures.
