I was a bit disappointed by this book, especially about the photography: not all recipes are illustrated, and the ones that are appear somewhat faded and unappetizing. The recipes' presentation is not always very convenient, some of them even have the ingredients written on the previous page from the recipe, requiring constant page turning. Most dishes are quite conventional, with a few interesting variations that are sadly not enough put forward. All in all, some useful inspirations but otherwise quite a boring book. That's a pity, for the potato is anything but boring!… (mehr)
