My name is Lisa, and I was born and raised in the Metro Detroit Area. I have two teenagers, a rottweiler and a doxiepoo, a couple cats, and I love to read, watch movies and good television, and occasionally play video games. I love stories in general, and Chimera Reviews is where I tell you what I think of them.

Why "Chimera"? A chimera is not real, and neither is fiction. Both, however, include parts of things that are real. A chimera and a story are very much alike in that sense. Plus, like the chimera, I have a complete inability to pick one thing and just be that. By day, I'm an IT Supervisor. But by night (and weekends), I'm a reader, a writer, a photographer, and sometimes an artist.
