How to un-do the removal of a canonical name from the stranded CK . (Not a bug, but my mistake, I th

I apologize, but I mistakenly (I believe) removed the Canonical Name "Stewart, Jim" from the stranded CK info for the disambiguation page for Stewart, Jim (under the warning combination issues for CK). This caused the disambiguation page name to become "Stewart, J. I. M.". I don't know how to un-do this, (can't find the previously stranded CK page. ) I did go through the other authors on the page and entered "Stewart, Jim" for the CK Canonnical Name for each of them. This however did not change the disambiguation page name to "Stewart, Jim" as I had hoped. Again, I am sorry for causing this problem.
