A fiction book with kicking off with the mc stealing the power of the earth god, and giving it to his girlfriend. It was a YA book and I read it around 2020-2021.
The plot involves the MC having the ability to steal the power of the gods and being able to transfer them(as he can't keep them as it is too strong or he can't have two powers) to his girlfriend. They live on a ship trying to get the gods out of their world with the powers.
I remember:
I) The Girlfriend's older brother commands the ship they live on
II)She also becomes the goddess of flame and then they part paths with separate goals(they still like each other)
III)He goes to the lair of the Earth goddess to get the powers of the wind goddess so that they can rid the world of the gods and so that his gf gets enough power to kill them
IV)The Earth goddess makes him forget everything( who he is, and what he's doing) and makes him her champion. I think she also makes him love the wind goddess.
V)There's a point in the book where the MC is injured in a battle but he sneaks off to find his gf and takes her to a secluded place but there isn't much spice then.
