Contemporary; Married woman/mother vacations alone once a year and has affairs

A wife (and I think she’s a mother as well) goes on vacation once a year completely alone to escape her “mundane” life. She ends up having affairs while she’s there to fill her emptiness. I don’t remember much more than that.
I stumbled across this book on Amazon a few months back, March 2024, (never read). Unfortunately I don’t remember the title or author, but I DON’T believe it’s by a popular contemporary author such Kristin Hannah for example. Unknown publication date.
