Essentially it tells us to do progressively more pullups in some variety, but it will actually take more than seven weeks to get to 50 of them. If you (I) can't do any, you should do assisted pull-ups or lat machine pull-downs. He warns us to work out only three times a week to allow for recovery, a commonplace. On the other hand a high school friend went to the park everyday one summer and did pull-ups until there was something more compelling to do and became very strong at them. The author distinguishes between pull-ups, palms forward, and chin-ups, palms toward you; this is not a distinction we made as kids. ( ) keine Rezensionen | Rezension hinzufügen
