This is a very good beginning cookbook for kids. It is in an ABC format and covers a wide range of dishes including party mixes, biscuits, and fried chicken. Some of these dishes use techniques that are not necessarily beginner, but the book presents them in a way which makes it very kid-friendly. Everything I have made from this book has been delicious. Great for beginner cooks! ( )
