This book was such an great read for me. The characters made me laugh, swoon, and fall in love. My heart hurt for Kennedy because of her insecurities that were brought on by first her family trying to make her something she isn’t then her exes always finding flaws in her. She struggled with so much of her body issues, that it went deep but she found her happiness in her photography, friend Brooke, and the life she was creating for herself. The first time she meets Tucker her new neighbor her spans were involved and she was utterly embarrassed then they continue to have this back and forth fun banter that leads to a friendship but they both want more. Kennedy keeps thinking Tucker is too good for her, she isn’t his type, and so on. Tucker kept her close and wanted to show her how he felt but knew it would be a process because she always got in her head so he waited until he couldn’t any more. Their steam rose from the pages and left me breathless. I loved Tucker so much he was perfect, once he decided that he wanted Kennedy he went in and got his girl, but will Kennedy’s family crush her so much that her insecurities will destroy them? This was so cute and fun, I wish we got some of Tucker’s thoughts and POV but it was so good and I’m dying to see what happens with Jase. ( )
