This book is extremely helpful and absolute garbage at the same time!!! The author has written countless short, self-help, ted-talk-style ebooks. Judging from his writing, I wouldn't expect too much out of any of them. BUT, at the same time, he is most definable prolific. So search for advice on quality, organization, or language elsewhere, but his simple advice on conquering procrastination is really helpful. I found it motivational to just read a page or two at a time when I'm stuck on my own writing. Even when the advice wasn't that great or was something I already do, it got me off my ass.… (mehr)

Readers will find that they are probably using many of the tips in their presentations today - it is nevertheless useful to see them described here as a reminder to think about using them in future presentations.
