This is the best book on Southeast Asian cooking I've had the pleasure of reading. Mr. Danhi knows his business; nothing has been left out. Lots of back matter making for easy, enjoyable reading crammed with lots of useful information. I also enjoyed the photos and the Resource Guide. Southeast Asian Flavors is a fun, informative read.
